So with the help of some birthday money, I finally took the plunge and made an investment purchase I have been thinking about for a while now. I purchased a DSLR camera! I wanted to make sure that I really would continue blogging so that way I would be using this investment constantly in order to get the value out of it.
Now with opening my Etsy shop, I decided it might be the right time to make this purchase. Photographs for your listings on Etsy are super important so I figured why not! Plus I had birthday money to pay for half of it and I really didn’t want anything else.
I also can use this to film which is great because I really would like to start creating YouTube content. Now that I have this camera and my dad gave me his old tripods, I really don’t have an excuse now do I?
Even though this camera was really expensive, I’m really excited about how the quality of the visual content I bring you will improve. Investing in yourself, your hobbies, or your business is important! Quality over quantity, but I understand that sometimes it’s difficult to afford the high quality equipment. Just remember that is is ok to make that investment every once in a while, it will help you take things to the next level. Usually with these investments you find that you are even more excited about the work you are doing, which could lead to an outflow of new ideas and way you can improve. Keep an eye out as my blog posts from now on might be (Read as WILL BE) extra picture filled!
